Room very nice, lovely restaurant breakfast very good staff friendly and helpful.would stay there again.
The rooms were comfortable and large bathrooms. We had connecting rooms which was great for a large family. Good food in the restaurant and bar.
Friendliness of staff, quality and quantity of breakfast.
Bar snacks were a little uninspired and vegetarian choice limited
I found the staff friendly and helpful. The room was extremely comfortable and the breakfast excellent. It is pleasantly located but close to the motorway and so it is convenient for access to surrounding towns.
I think that the bedrooms could be better soundproofed. The occupants of the adjoining room were not noisy but I could hear their conversation clearly.
The room was great - the Princess suite. We were upgraded to keep us away from the 21st birthday party that was going on which was very thoughtful of the staff. The staff were great and very friendly.
The bath plug did not work though so we could not use the bath. The bar and reception areas were not of the same luxury as the hotel room itself. There was also a 21st birthday party going on on the night of our stay so bar service was slow as the staff were serving the party guests on the other side of the bar. I would agree with the sound proofing comments on the website. Breakfast should be served until 1030 on a Sunday!
It was easy to get to (travelled from the North East of England) and very convenient for access to the Bury area (family function).
I thought that it was just a little pricey - £70 for a B&B was higher than I had wanted / expected.
Comfortable, very clean and smart - lovely place to relax. Hearty breakfast with plenty of choice.
The staff were very pleasant and efficient with a very friendly way of assisting. We had excellent food in a very nice resteraunt in the hotel. The location was handy for all we wanted to do. Although there were functions both evenings the room location at the back was reasonable quiet except for noisy returning guests.
Regrettably the shower flooded the bathroom and the room we had whilst clean and tidy is due for renovation/upgrade. Despite being on the quite side so the function was not heard returning residents were not so considerate. The rooms are not well soundproofed to help avoid this.
Its a really good hotel, simple as that - Everything about it works and for the price it is real value for money - a pleasure to stay in
Nice clean room with ginormous bed nice food neat tidy hotel offerring excellent value
Road noise on one side if window left open
The staff were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble, in fact it prompted my wife to buy a thank you card, a first for a hotel.
The only fault we found was that the bathroom was too warm. The heated towel rail seemed to be on maximum, making it a little uncomfortable.
Very good food was served in the restaurant.
It is a clean and quiet hotel with beutiful views. Very relaxing and peaceful.
The staff were very friendly, the hotel was gorgeous and very easy to get to. I cam for a friends wedding and was very impressed with the whole day/ evening and venue, could not have had a better day. Lovely room and food too.
Went to a wedding reception and stayed overnight. Staff helpful. Room clean and homely. Food excellent.
